We welcome all organizations that meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the "Best Places to Work in Collections" program. This survey and awards program will attempt to rank companies in three company size categories: "Best Places to Work in Collections" Small-Sized Companies (15-74 employees) "Best Places to Work in Collections" Medium-Sized Companies (75-249 employees or more) "Best Places to Work in Collections" Large-Sized Companies (250 employees or more) The "Best Places to Work in Collections" results and rankings will be simultaneously published by insideARM.com and posted on this Web site.
* Due to the large number of smaller companies in the collections industry, we have created a "small-sized company" category that will give companies a chance to compete with one another and take advantage of the other program benefits, such as purchasing the Employee Feedback Report. To ensure the credibility of the information, companies in this category must have an 80% (or better) response rate from their employees filling out the survey.
